Campus Housing

Watkins housing provides students the convenience of on-campus living along with up-to-date amenities and opportunities. Our on-campus housing is located adjacent to the main campus building on the property along the lake.

The apartment consists of:

• 4 private bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator
• open dining/living area
• washer and dryer
• full heat and air-conditioning

Each fully furnished apartment includes high speed internet access, cable TV and local phone service

Resident Advisors are on hand to assist all students and organize events including cook-outs, movie nights and talents shows. For more information about Student Housing please visit the Student Life section under Current Students.

Students who are first time attendees under the age of twenty, notliving with their parents, have a residency requirement to live inWatkins on-campus apartments (pending availability). Following studentacceptance, a packet of housing information is sent to all students.Receipt of a signed housing contract and deposit secures a space.Acceptance is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all unitsare full, students will be put on a waiting list according to the datein which deposits are received. Students will be contacted by earlyJuly regarding their housing status.
