Refund/Return Policy:

Refunds requested one week or more prior to the first day of class will be refunded 100% of tuition and fees, less a $25 processing charge. Classes dropped seven days or less prior to the beginning of class will be refunded at a 60% tuition rate, less a $25 processing charge. No tuition or fees will be refunded beginning the first day of class. Tuition cannot be pro-rated for missed classes. 

Although we understand that illness and emergencies do happen, Watkins Community Education Program cannot provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated tuition for classes missed due to student illness, emergencies, or other life events.  In the event of an instructor’s illness, emergency, or inclement weather a make-up class will be scheduled.
