Watkins Yart Sale, Nov. 17 & 20

Watkins College of Art, Design & Film is pleased to announce the dates for one of its annual traditions – its fall Yart Sale. This year, the Yart Sale will be held on Saturday, November 20th, from 9am-4pm, with a special preview set for Wednesday, November 17, from 4-6pm. Both events will take place at Watkins College of Art, Design & Film, located at 2298 Rosa L Parks Blvd. in MetroCenter.

One of the College’s most popular community events, the Yart Sale will feature original artwork from students, staff and faculty for sale at yard sale prices. The one-of-a-kind items for sale will include paintings, ceramics, jewelry, graphic art, home accessories and more. Most items will be on sale for $5 -$100. All proceeds will benefit participating student artists and the Watkins Student Government. Cash, check and credit cards will be accepted.

During the Yart Sale, the Watkins student chapters of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) will host a garage sale, featuring clothing, kid’s items, furniture, home accessories and artist materials. All proceeds will benefit these student associations.
