Please join the Interior Design faculty of Watkins College of Art, Design & Film for a special evening. Learn about the multi-faceted profession of interior design, how it relates to sustainability, commercial and residential design, and new technological applications. Listen to Watkins alumni discuss their experiences working successfully in the field.
We look forward to you learning how to become a part of this forward-looking and rewarding profession.Whether you are interested in a career in interior design or just want to learn more about the industry, you will enjoy this informal and informative seminar. Cheryl Gulley, Professor and Chair, Interior Design
Will act as the moderator for the discussion and briefly discuss the Interior Design program. |

Sarah Woodard, Senior Interior Design/Project Manager Earl Swensson Associates (ESa)
Will discuss the commercial side of the interior design profession, as she has experienced it in over 15years of practice. Sarah’s projects include the Spa at the Hotel Hershey in Pennsylvania. |

Jessica Davis, Interior Designer and Owner of JL Design
Will discuss starting her own residential design business and expanding into the realm of commercial design. |

Beth Haley, Interior Designer and Owner Beth Haley Design (BHD)
Will focus on the sustainable issues relating to her design practice. She has been vocal in heradvocacy of green principles through her practice and lecture series. |
