'Future Show' Calls for Art Now
‘Future’ Is Now for Alumni and Students in Co. H Juried Show
Entry deadline is Wednesday, June 29
Co. H, a collective of artists from various disciplines committed to advancing the Visual Arts, is inviting interested Watkins alumni and students to submit to “The Future Show,” a juried art exhibition which will open late summer in Nashville. The exhibit, curated by Caitlan Fleurette Dillingham, will “focus on future-oriented artistic experimentation, innovation, education, and development. Artists will move towards the artistic and cultural imagination of the future, and will articulate their views on these developments, and/or resistance to them. The artists featured in this exhibit will develop their own projects related to the hyper contemporary future and its various manifestations.” Deadline for submission is Wednesday, June 29; more details here on eligibility and entry requirements.
