The 12th Annual Interior Design Student Exhibition, It's Not a Trend...It's Here To Stay, opens with a reception on Thursday, January 15, from 5:30-8pm in the Brownlee O. Currey, Jr. Gallery on campus This event is free and open to the public.

This reception will take place concurrently with a reception for Birmingham, AL artist Gary Chapman.
The Watkins Film School at Watkins College of Art, Design & Film will hold an open casting call for its spring film projects on Friday, January 16th from 4-8pm and Saturday, January 17th from 10am - 2pm. The auditions will take place at the College located at 2298 Rosa L. Parks Blvd.

Watkins film student Ryan Pickett was recently selected as one of five finalists in the BE. The Story film competition. This film challenge is part of a larger creative entrepreneurship competition that is the signature US event of Global Entrepreneurship Week. Hundreds of filmmakers from across the US and UK applied to compete in this competition.
