Off the Wall Art Show

They met as students at Watkins College of Art, Design & Film in Nashville, Tennessee.  Jaime Raybin, Jenny Luckett, Mahlea Jones, Janet Heilbronn, Iwonka Waskowski and Quinn Dukes sensed a connection between their artwork.  Sharing a similar artistic language and a curiosity of materials, all were interested in making work with personal resonance in a conceptual manner. Watkins Alum Receives Regional EMMY Award

Watkins Alumnus Brian Hallett (Film-Directing '08), along with Laura Faber and Ken Smith of Fox-17 Nashville, recently won a Regional Emmy in the Continuing Coverage category for their news feature "Service & Sacrifice." This is Hallett's second nomination and first win. He graduated with a BFA in Film/Directing from Watkins last spring, after putting himself through film school while working as a videographer for Fox 17.…more

Open Casting Call, Spring Semester Film Projects
