Zines in the Library

THE COLLECTION 

In 2007 the Watkins Library began a zine collection for the benefit of the Watkins community. Zines—self-published, small circulation, non-commercial materials—have been collected from donations and various zine distribution centers. The Watkins Zine collection is one of only nineteen such collections to exist in Academia in the United States and only the second of its kind in the state of Tennessee. The zine collection is non-circulating. Library patrons are urged to peruse our continually growing collection in the library. Zine donations are also welcome for review.
