Please provide the following information for each work submitted to the Watkins College of Art, Design and Film Library. Up to 5 works for one student can be submitted with this one form. A digital copy of each student work submitted will be added to the Library’s ARTchive. The ARTchive is stored in the Library and is accessible to WCAD&F members only for educational purposes. In submitting your work to the project, you agree that it can be used for educational purposes. See Title 17, U. S. Code § 107 for more information.
