Library Class Request Form

Complete the Library Class Request Form and submit to the librarian when wishing to schedule an instruction session for your class. Tours are always available. Sessions are required for Freshman English, Art History Survey, and Critical Writing classes. Other sessions are available upon request and depend on the librarian’s availability.
