Student Film Submission Form

Please provide the following information for each film submitted to the Watkins College of Art, Design and Film Library. A copy of each student film presented in class will be added to the Library’s collection. This Film Library will be accessible to WCAD members only for educational purposes. In submitting your work to the project, you agree that it can be used for educational purposes. See Title 17, U. S. Code § 107 for more information.
