Prior to joining Watkins, Overstreet headed the Interior Design Department at Mississippi University for Women. Overstreet received her M.S. in Architecture with a specialization in visualization. Her special interests include three-dimensional modeling and rendering, space planning, perspective drawing and researching green design applications and sustainability.

M.A., Austin Peay State University, Psychological Science with concentration in Environment and Behavior.

B.I.D., O'More College of Design, Interior Design.

B.S., University of Tennessee, Chemistry and Psychology.

Special interests include furniture and lighting design as well as environment and behavior research. Cheryl Gulley's lighting designs have been honored by awards from the Interior Design Educators' Design Competition

 

 

  Jenny Myers
   Assistant Professor

B.S., University of Memphis, Engineering Technology.

B.A., Denison University, Philosophy and Art History.

Jenny Myers' graduate studies focused on drafting and design with an emphasis in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD).

Rob Bryant, AIA
Instructor


MArch, University of Florida, Architecture.

Rob Bryant is an architect with over fifteen years of experience. His specialties include rendering and graphics both manually and computer-generated. Bryant has worked with several large architectural firms in the Nashville area and is currently on staff with Interior Design Services.

 

 

Katherine Kennon, AIA
Instructor


MArch, Clemson University, Architecture.

Katherine Kennon has over fifteen years of practice experience in architecture. She is co-author of the well-known text, The Codes Guidebook for Interiors, now in its third edition.
