Housing Costs for 2013-14 Academic Year

Fall & Spring Semesters:

Fall Semester 2013 August 17th - December 14th

Spring Semester 2014 January 12th through May 10th

$6,280 per academic year ($3,190 per semester)*

May Semester:

Maymester 2014 May 15 - June 7

$400 for the Maymester

Summer Semester:

Summer Semester 2014: June 9 - August 2

$1,200 for the semester (includes May)**

*If a student lives in a room that is bunked (2 students sharing a single bedroom), the cost per semester is reduced by $1,000, i.e. $2,190 per semester or $4,280 per academic year.

**Campus housing during May and Summer is only available to students who are either employed by the college or are enrolled in a class or academic internship.  All residents must plan on moving out of campus housing by the closing dates indicated above.  Watkins does not provide year-round housing, even for summer students.
