interior design senior recently published Senior Interior Design Student Debbie Gregory has just been publish in The Official Journal of the Center for American Nurses. The paper submitted was one that had been completed in her Interior Design Seminar class at Watkins. Her article discusses the importance of the interior environment for healing as well as satisfaction for the medical staff. Debbie’s article is a great example of student work that typifies the emphasis on health, safety and welfare of the public through excellence in environmental design.

Beth Haley graduated from our Interior Design Program and is currently being featured on HGTV. Beth owns her own urban interior design firm in Nashville, Tennessee (Beth Haley Interior Design) that assists clients with all phases of renovation, remodeling, new construction and décor. Beth Haley Design specializes in designing older homes to fit current lifestyle needs and individual style preferences.

A successful opening reception allowed guests an opportunity to view the creative work of selected pieces by students majoring in Interior Design at Watkins College.
