Scholarships
Memorial Foundation Scholarship
Through a generous grant from the Memorial Foundation, students ages 6-18 who demonstrate artistic potential, and whose financial situation might prohibit them from participating otherwise, may receive a scholarship for one class of their choice.The deadline for Summer of the Arts classes is noon on Friday, May 7th by which time all letters, references, and art examples must be received. Academic Awards for Watkins College
High School graduates who enroll in one of Watkins' degree programs and who have taken at least three community education classes prior to enrolling in the College are eligible for a $500 award for four semesters to be applied toward tuition.
Students who succesfully complete the Pre-College Program are eligible to receive a $4,000 tuition scholarship to attend Watkins. This scholarship will be awarded over eight semesters and students must maintain a 3.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time.
